RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

You can return products within seven days from the delivery date. The return will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the request. To raise a return request within this period, send us a picture of the packaging and the product (unless the product is missing) at help@amalaearth.com. We will arrange a reverse pickup and process the refund according to our Refund Policy. Products qualify for returns only if:

1. The product delivered does not match Your order;
2. The size of the product is different;
3. The product(s) have already expired;
4. The product(s) delivered were damaged.

Ensure that the product remains unused, and the tags and packaging are kept intact and untampered. Products that do not qualify for return include:

• Products that have been altered or used;
• Products with a tampered serial number or bar code;
• Products whose batch number does not match the invoice;
• Home décor items or larger items (any item larger than 1 meter in any dimension or weighs more than 10 kilograms).

Replacements Policy

Replacements are only allowed for fashion-related products. If You wish to replace fashion-related product(s) concerning color, quality, size, etc., they can be replaced subject to the availability of the particular product and at the sole discretion of the Company. If the product is not replaced, it will be refunded. Note: We will process the refund only after receiving confirmation from the concerned vendor about the product’s contents related to that refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following manner:

1. The refund request will be validated by the Company’s customer care.
2. The refund will only be processed after confirmation is received from the third-party seller about the product’s condition/packaging.
3. The refund will be initiated within 10 business days from the date of reverse pickup.
4. In case of a failed delivery attempt, the product(s) will be returned to our warehouses, and we will cancel the order and refund the money as per our refund policy.
5. If the order is cancelled before delivery (for prepaid orders), the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
6. Earth Seeds are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation or return once utilized in any order.
